Terms of Payment |

① Condition of Provide: After the Buyer confirmed the
main terms of the order,
such as Code No., Description,
Price, Quantity, terms of payment etc. ② Function: As the final confirmation of samples and quality. ③ Burden of fee: a. Free samples can be provided for cheap items and very less quantity (Samples with high value should be paid by the buyers). b. The cost of samples paid by the buyer could be deducted from the Commercial Invoice after the placed order (more than USD20,000.00) shipped. c. Postage of samples is borne by the buyers. Samples will be sent upon receipt of the buyer's payment. d. Freight collect is accepted. The buyers should provide effective DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS account numbers |
Based on international customs: ① Deposit: 30％ (Cash, Telegraphic Transfer T/T) Balance: 70% (Cash, Telegraphic Transfer T/T) upon fax the B/L after shipment ② Irrevocable letter of credit at sight. ③ Other method: Negotiable |
